We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns are processed as store credit valid for 5 months. Please read the full policy below before making your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • We do not accept returns on sale, clearance, or customized items.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards, digital downloads, and certain other items may be excluded from returns.
  • Items returned without original packaging or in a condition that cannot be resold may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.

3. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20%-50% may apply depending on the product's condition and packaging.

  • Returns of opened or used items may incur higher restocking fees.

6. Final Sale and Exceptions

Products purchased during promotional sales, flash sales, or special discount eventsare final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We may make exceptions in rare circumstances, but these will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
